ITEM BUILD-UP GUIDE FOR HARLEY(MAGE)
INTRODUCTION
Hello, My Fellow Readers, I would like to introduce to you some build items for our Genius Magician Harley, we all know that Harley is very popular nowadays because of his good at escape skill, doing burst magic attack and more. I prepared some item guide for him and I categorize the two items guide for Harley, The Beginner Guide item and Intermediate Guide item.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- THE ITEMS I WILL SHOW TO YOU ARE SOME OF THE REWORK ITEMS. PLEASE DON’T CONFUSE WHY THE ATTRIBUTES OF THE ITEM IS NOT SAME AS THE PREVIOUS ITEMS WE ALL KNOW.
1. BEGINNER ITEMS
A. ENCHANTED TALISMAN
ATTRIBUTES: +55 Magic Power, +250 HP and +20% Cooldown Reduction.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Ì Unique Passive- Mana Spring Regen: 10% total of one's max mana every 10s.
B. ARCANE BOOTS
ATTRIBUTES: +15 Magic Damage Reduction.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Ì Unique Effect: +40 Movement Speed
C. CONCENTRATED ENERGY
ATTRIBUTES: +70 Magic Power and 700 HP
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Ì Unique Effect: +25% Spell Vamp
Ì Unique Passive Recharge Regen: 10% of one's HP after killing a hero.
D. DEVIL TEARS
ATTRIBUTES: +65 Magic Power
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Ì Unique Effect Spellbreaker: +40% Magical PEN
Ì Unique Passive Spellbreaker: When HP is higher than 70%, the unique bonus effect is increased by 30%.
E. GLOWING WAND
ATTRIBUTES: +75 Magic Power, +400HP and +5% Movement Speed.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Ì Unique Passive-Scorch: Skill damage will burn targets for 3 seconds when they hit, dealing 2%/3%/4% of the target’s current HP as Magic Damage (10 damage minimum).
F. HOLY CRYSTAL
ATTRIBUTES: +90 Magic Power.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
- Unique Effect: +25% Magic Power
- Unique Passive-Exterminate: After a skill hits a target, magic attack will immediately increase 15%. The next skill damage will terminate this effect. This effect can last up to 3s with a built-in cooldown time of 10s.
2. INTERMEDIATE ITEMS
A. MAGIC SHOES
ATTRIBUTES: +10% Cooldown Reduction
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
n Unique Effect: +40 Movement Speed
B. CONCENTRATED ENERGY
ATTRIBUTES: +70 Magic Power and 700 HP
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
n Unique Effect: +25% Spell Vamp
n Unique Passive Recharge Regen: 10% of one's HP after killing a hero.
C. DEVIL TEARS
ATTRIBUTES: +65 Magic Power
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
n Unique Effect Spellbreaker: +40% Magical PEN

D. MAGIC DURANCE
ATTRIBUTES: +70 Magic Power, +10% CD Reduction and +10% Spell Vamp
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
n Unique Passive-Life Drain: Skill dealing damage to the target reduces the regen effect by 50% for 3 seconds.
E. FEATHER OF HEAVEN
ATTRIBUTES: +65 Magic Power, +30% Attack Speed and +5% Movement Speed.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
n Unique Passive-Affliction: Basic attacks will deal 40% of the hero’s AP (Attack Power) as additional Magic Damage.
F. BLOOD WINGS
ATTRIBUTES: +150 Magic Power and +500 HP
ITEM DESCRIPTION
n Unique Passive Nirvana: Adds 1.5 HP for every 1 point of magic power added.
